These pretty pastry seashells are suitable for either hot or cold fillings, usually fish or shellfish based, and do not have to be re-heated before use. Their unique and innovative design makes them great for event sampling, wedding canapes and finger buffets. Type of pastry: Foncage dough (made with butter and sunflower oil).
